Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Decimal Tech website or engaging our services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Description
Decimal Tech LLC provides AI-first software engineering services including MVP development, staff augmentation, dedicated teams, and AI-powered modernization. All services are subject to a separate Statement of Work or agreement.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Decimal Tech LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Client projects are governed by the specific agreements signed between Decimal Tech and the client.
3. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We sign NDAs before any detailed project discussion upon request. All proprietary information shared during engagements is protected under our standard confidentiality agreements.
4. Limitation of Liability
Decimal Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual Statements of Work. Unless otherwise specified: staff augmentation is billed monthly; MVP projects are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. All fees are in USD.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate staff augmentation engagements with two weeks written notice. Fixed-scope projects may be terminated according to the terms outlined in the respective Statement of Work.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
